While working at Playside, a project was acquired to make an opening cinematic for Skydance Interactive’s VR title “The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners”. Because of my advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine 4, I was given the task to lead a team in creating the cinematic. Throughout our contract, I improved in training coworkers, as well as gaining the ability to be a “floating asset” on a project.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-time code support on 5 minute Prologue

  • Team Management

  • Training Staff in UE4

  • R&D Sequencer in UE4

  • Working with complex audio / lip-sync software

  • Overcoming technical issues

  • Writing AAA standard code systems

  • Optimisation of code / scene

  • “Interactive Sequence” in Prologue

  • Bug fixing
